Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Movie Fitness, we aim to provide a quick and easy returns and exchanges process. Please follow the instructions provided in the link below to initiate your return or exchange:

General Conditions for Exchanges
Exchanges Without Defects (for size or color):
- The item must include the original invoice (DANFE).
- The product(s) must be free of any odors, stains, or alterations of any kind resulting from customer use.
- The product(s) must show no signs of washing or wear.
- The return request must be made within the allowed time frame.
- The product exchange must be requested within 10 business days from the date of receiving the order.
- If the product does not meet the required conditions, the return will not be accepted and the item will be automatically returned to the customer.
Note: Products purchased at a discount or as part of special promotions are not eligible for exchanges, as they may be subject to stock availability. In such cases, a store credit will be provided in the form of a coupon, equivalent to the value of the returned item, for use on future online purchases. Please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to request this option.
Order Cancellation or Withdrawal
If you received your order and are not satisfied, or if you simply changed your mind, you may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (according to applicable consumer protection regulations in your country).

Refund Methods
For Payments by Bank Transfer/Boleto:
Within 10 business days from the receipt of your returned item at our Distribution Center, the refund will be issued via bank deposit.
Important: Refunds will only be processed to the account in the name of the purchaser. Deposits cannot be made to third-party accounts.
For Payments by Credit Card:
Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item at our Distribution Center, we will submit a refund request to your card issuer.
Note: Depending on your card provider’s policy, the refund may take up to 60 days to appear on your statement, depending on your billing cycle.
