Fast, clear, and fair solutions — especially for international orders shipped from Brazil.

General Conditions for Exchanges

Exchanges without defects (size or color).

  • The item must include the original invoice (DANFE).
  • Products must be free of odors, stains, or alterations resulting from customer use.
  • No signs of washing or wear.
  • Request must be made within the allowed time frame.
  • Exchange must be requested within 10 business days from delivery.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted and the item may be returned to the customer.
Discount & promotional items
Products purchased at a discount or as part of special promotions are not eligible for exchanges due to stock availability. In these cases, we can provide a store credit (coupon) equivalent to the returned item value for future online purchases. Please contact support within 7 calendar days from delivery to request this option.

Changed your mind after delivery?

You may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (according to applicable consumer protection regulations in your country).

International Orders & Refund Policy

Our international orders are shipped from Brazil — returns can be costly and time-consuming.

Full refund (when applicable)

Full refunds are granted only in cases of serious manufacturing defects or significant damage (e.g., torn items, major structural faults, or products that arrive unusable).

Proof (photos/videos) may be required before approval.

Size & preference cases

For size selection issues, personal preference, minor concerns, or non-critical matters, we may offer:

  • Store credit for future purchases, or
  • Partial refund, allowing you to keep the item.

Each case is reviewed to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution for both parties.

Refund Methods

Payments by Bank Transfer / Boleto
Within 10 business days from the receipt of your returned item at our Distribution Center, the refund will be issued via bank deposit.
Refunds will only be processed to an account in the name of the purchaser. No third-party deposits.
Payments by Credit Card
Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item at our Distribution Center, we will submit a refund request to your card issuer.
Depending on your card provider, it may take up to 60 days to appear on your statement, depending on your billing cycle.
Tip: For the fastest resolution, include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
