Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies in cases of order withdrawal, cancellations, or severe manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation or Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

  • Time Frame: You may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (according to applicable consumer protection regulations).

  • How to Request: Contact the customer service team or send an email to contact@movie.fitness.

International Returns (Defective Products)

  • Full refunds for international orders are only granted in cases of serious manufacturing defects or significant damage (such as torn items, major structural faults, or products that arrive unusable).

  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required before approval.

Refund Methods

Once your returned item is received at the Distribution Center, the refund will be processed within 10 business days:

  • For Payments by Bank Transfer/Boleto: The refund will be issued via bank deposit. Note: Refunds will only be processed to the account in the name of the purchaser. Deposits cannot be made to third-party accounts.

  • For Payments by Credit Card: The refund request will be submitted to your card issuer. Note: Depending on your card provider’s policy and billing cycle, the refund may take up to 60 days to appear on your statement.
